North Harris Montgomery Community College District

CFI Mechanical is providing Plumbing and HVAC new construction services for Gilbane Building Company at North Harris Montgomery Community College District's various campuses: North Harris College, Kingwood College, Tomball College and Montgomery College.

The projects include new construction of a 76,000-square-foot library, 50,000-square-foot Center for Applied Technology Center, a a 13,000-square-foot Child Development Laboratory School, a Science Center, a 65,000-square-foot Student Center/Fine Arts Facility, a 65,000-square-foot Tomball College - Phase 3 additions featuring a black box theater and a 30,000-square-foot Center for Business and Technology Training Center.
